Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival in Kathmandu
We arrive in Kathmandu, the capital and largest city of Nepal, rich in history and culture. Kathmandu has been the heart of many kingdoms, filled with temples and UNESCO World Heritage sites. At the same time, it buzzes with markets, bazaars, and tourism, serving as the starting point for many Himalayan expeditions. After settling into our hotel, we’ll enjoy a welcome dinner featuring traditional Nepalese dishes and authentic cultural performances.

Day 2 – Kathmandu to Pokhara (6–7 hours / 200 km)
We travel by road from Kathmandu to Pokhara, passing through scenic landscapes, villages, and rivers along the way. Pokhara, known as the city of peace, lakes, and mountains, is serene and picturesque, with the tranquil Phewa Lake and the majestic Annapurna range dominating the skyline.

Day 3 – Pokhara to Sewai to Chhomrong (2,170 m | 11 km | 6–7 hours)
We drive to Sewai and begin our trek. Crossing the Modi River, we ascend toward the traditional village of Chhomrong, framed by the iconic peaks Annapurna South (7,219 m) and Fishtail (Machhapuchhre), a sacred mountain whose peak resembles a fish’s tail, symbolizing spiritual purity in Nepalese culture.

Day 4 – Chhomrong to Himalaya (2,900 m | 13 km | 6 hours)
Today’s trek takes us through bamboo and rhododendron forests, across suspension bridges, with changing landscapes alongside the Modi River. From subtropical forests, we gradually reach alpine terrain, approaching the last major village before entering the heart of the Annapurna Base Camp valley.

Day 5 – Himalaya to MBC to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130 m | 14 km | 6 hours)
We trek through Deurali and Machhapuchhre Base Camp on one of the world’s most famous and scenic trails, reaching the Annapurna Base Camp (ABC). Surrounded by towering peaks above 7,000 m including Annapurna I, Annapurna South, Machhapuchhre, and Hiunchuli, the views are truly epic.

Day 6 – Annapurna Base Camp to Bamboo (2,380 m | 16 km | 6–7 hours)
Waking at ABC, we witness the sun rising over the Annapurna peaks—a magical moment etched in memory. The surrounding glaciers glow in red and gold light. Trekking onwards, we descend to the village of Bamboo for rest and relaxation.

Day 7 – Bamboo to Chhomrong (2,310 m | 10 km | 5 hours)
A day of alternating ascents and descents through gorges, streams, waterfalls, and wooden bridges brings us back to Chhomrong. Here we relax, enjoy traditional hot tea, and local flavors.

Day 8 – Chhomrong to Ghandruk (1,940 m | 8 km | 4 hours)
Today we descend to the charming village of Ghandruk, home to the Gurung community. Known for their centuries-old traditions, agriculture, and warm hospitality, the Gurung people offer a glimpse into authentic Himalayan culture. A visit to the local folk museum is highly recommended.

Day 9 – Ghandruk to Nayapul (3 hours) – Pokhara
The final trekking day takes us from the mountains down to the lowlands and urban areas. A pleasant and easy walk brings us to Nayapul, from where we transfer to our hotel in Pokhara for free time and relaxation by the lake.

Day 10 – Pokhara to Damauli to Saranghat (Rafting: 14 km | Driving: 1.5 hours)
The Seti River, meaning “White River,” alternates between crystal-clear and milky-white currents. Known for its rapids, it provides the perfect setting for today’s Class II–III rafting adventure, guided by experienced instructors through a gorge flanked by steep cliffs. Overnight camping on the riverbank completes the adventure.

Day 11 – Saranghat to Gai Ghat (Rafting: 10 km) – Chitwan
The scenery changes as we head to Chitwan National Park, a UNESCO-protected wildlife haven in southern Nepal. This afternoon includes a sunset carriage ride and a cultural performance by the Tharu people, the indigenous inhabitants of the region, who have lived in harmony with the jungle for centuries.

Day 12 – Full-day Safari in Chitwan

Day 13 – Chitwan to Kathmandu
